Listed prices are clear starting points sized for typical conditions and labor only unless noted. We confirm the final price once we verify access, materials, and any surprises on-site. You’ll always know the updated total before we begin.
Sharing photos or a short walkthrough video helps us respond faster and keep trips to a minimum. Remote estimates remain non-binding until we see conditions in person, but they’re almost always on target.
If we need to visit to scope work, a Minimum Visit Fee applies to cover prep, drive, and planning time. Approve the estimate and we credit that fee toward the project—we want those first minutes to go toward work, not overhead.
If something changes mid-project—hidden damage, material upgrades, or extra tasks—we document the adjustment and wait on your go-ahead before continuing. No surprise line items, ever.
Deposits (when required) secure your ideal slot. Remaining balances are due at the final walkthrough, and we accept card, ACH, and contactless payments onsite. Need to reschedule? Just give us 24 hours’ notice so we can keep the calendar running smoothly.
